All the breads I produce are made by one of the following methods- Overnight sponges, Sourdough starters or Commercial yeast. The range of breads I produce constently changes as I try different methods and try out different ideas. They all contain no flour improvers.

THE DAILY BREADS

White Tin Loaf - White flour, white leaven, yeast, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegan.

Wholemeal Tin Loaf - Wholemeal flour,rye leaven, yeast, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegan.

Seeded Wholemeal Tin Loaf - Wholemeal flour,rye leaven, yeast,pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegan.

Malted Grain Tin Loaf -White flour, wholemeal flour,rye leaven, malted wheat, yeast, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegan.

3 Grain Cob - White flour, wholemeal flour, rye flour,rye leaven, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegan.

Focaccia - White flour, white leaven, yeast, salt, vegetable fat,olive oil and water. Vegan. (toppings of Tomato & herb, Potato & herb,mushroom & herb or Olives & herbs).

Tomato and Onion Bread - White flour, wholemeal flour, rye flour,rye leaven,onion, tomato puree, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegan.

Cheese and Marmite Bread - White flour, white leaven, cheese, marmite, yeast, salt, vegetable fat and water. Vegetarian.
