Myself (Phil) & my wife Tina became owners of Food For Thought in October 2008. We have 3 children and I have to mention Koda so he doesn't feel left out. I've been baking at home for many years gaining experience and trying out various techniques from around the world & also gaining a large libary of baking books. After attending a "baking for a living" course run by Andrew Whitley one of the country's best bakers We took the plunge and bought the bakery. We haven't looked back.
